Everyone’s been asking, so here’s the way I currently make breakfast, demonstrated in the video below. Please leave comments and share your own recipes and variations.
2/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 banana
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1/2 cup plain almond milk
1-2 scoops protein powder (I use Level-1 from Mid-TN Nutrition)
1 tbsp flax seed meal

I would like to make a small change to this I think can be good for people… Do everything you mentioned but toss in a handful of chia seeds! I love using them to thicken up shakes and such and I swear they help with water retention. This sounds delicious though! I need to get some bananas!
