    One of my resolution for this year, is to stay fit as much as possible. My 3 days in a gym every week has started yielding result. Now I feel fresh and have gain enormous amount of energy. I am now living a more positive life.

    I believe that staying fit solves many of our health problems. What some people fail to realize is that staying fit is a commitment. Each day, it seems that there are more reasons to quit than to commit. The motivation and determination should be there. And if that doesn’t work, then a good trainer who understands your fitness needs may be the push that you need.
